About Yoga Teacher (the author of this project)

I teach Yoga in Geneva and Geneva area, Switzerland. But I'm open for proposals. My name is Alexey (male), I'm 32 years. I teach in English. I'm happy to teach individual sessions - I believe this is the best, most efficient way to teach. And even more importantly - this way classes are tuned to a personal level and personal needs. I also teach several groups per week. Plus I'm starting a new beginners class in February. Please contact me for more details. You are very welcome to share the information on the Yoga classes, here is a poster you are welcome to print and put in an appropriate place at your office building or e-mail to a friend/colleague for example: Yoga in Geneva Poster (link). (Please don't put it in the places where it is not allowed - for example in any sport centers, etc. - ask administrators if you are in doubt.) I teach ever growing Yoga and Meditation sessions for years I practice what I teach and share my personal experience and what I personally learned from wonderful teachers of modern times and the past. I know first hand how much Yoga improves our lives. And I've heard countless stories of better life experiences, advantages of practicing Yoga from my colleagues and multiple students of mine.
