If you can not find a good Yoga teacher
...get a good Yoga book. One of the great Yogis said: if you can, get a good teacher - it's the best and if that is impossible - get a good book.
Taking the best for your Yoga practice
Good book is better than a bad teacher. In my opinion it's great to have both, because really great-great teachers, who would have all the wisdom we may ask for - are very rare. It's not because we are so great, that we need only Gods to teach us, truth is that all people are very different and a teacher you may meet in your life could be a good teacher and a wonderful person - just not for you, you are not in resonance and then chemistry is just not right. And that is okay, that is how life is. It is impossible for one person to be liked by all... So we continue our search and if we are wise, we are trying to take the best from people we meet and be grateful to them for that, helping when we can in the ways possible to others on our way.
