It takes only five-ten minutes a day. No need to look for excuses ;-) - Better commit yourself for a few weeks and a few minutes per day in the morning before the breakfast. - And I assure you - you are going to have your own motivation very soon! Because these few minutes a day will change day by day, step by step whole your life. Let's start with feeling energized and active in the morning, instead of feeling "falling apart", dull and sleepy!

See videos below for details. At first, have a look at the video attentively, 1-2 times and try to follow the flow in general. Next day see the video again, clarify what was unclear and try to follow again. 2-3 days like this and you will be able to do Sun Salutation quite well. After a week or two of practice - try to include proper breathing, connecting it with your movements. Enjoy your practice!
