To whom Yoga belongs to?
Free Yoga? - Believe it or not Yoga is as much yours as anybody's else. There is no need to associate a particular name, a particular master to any part of Yoga. We can do it sometimes out of respect towards our teachers, but really - you have all the knowledge, all the important knowledge, in you already. Teachers at best are helping you to discover that in you. But please read the the disclaimer below.
Yoga for all with gratitude to all teachers
I'm not putting names here. It doesn't really matter what traditions, what gurus I've studied under. My gratitude and love towards them are in my heart. What matters for you is what Yoga tools I'm making available to you.
Teaching Yoga from Experience
This is my approach. I want to keep it as practical and efficient as possible. I practice and then teach from my own experience, from experience of my teachers - giving you the best, providing you with practical, not abstract-theoretical knowledge.
Free Yoga online for your benefit
So, here it goes. It's all here online and free for you to use. Try it, use it and benefit from it. Listen to your body, notice benefits of your practice and proceed further. Notice how your mind gets more concentrated, emotions better balanced... and move on...
The guru is in you...
As one wonderful teacher says: "The guru is in you". And Yoga knowledge is for you, it is yours.
Yoga teachers are real people
Disclaimer: Does it mean you shouldn't pay when you come to a Yoga center, etc.? - You should. Yoga teachers are real people with needs and often they have families. Acknowledging their help is just common sense fair...
