How to:
For this, you need to recline on your belly with your arms on the sides along with your palms facing upwards.
Exhale and crook your knees and bring your heels nearer to your buttocks.
Proceed to reach your ankles by bending backwards. Allow your weight to rest on your stomach. Also make sure not to rest your weight on your pelvis.
Inhale and lift your knees forward by pulling your ankles using your hands.
Proceed to breathe regularly and along with this, try to enhance stretching in the chest in addition to backward bending for attaining a relaxed mind and body.
You can finish this yoga asana by allowing your right shoulder move towards the floor and rolling over onto your right side without holding your ankles. Stay in this pose for 20-30 seconds. Next, roll over to the left hand side for stay in this pose for the same duration. Parshva D. stimulates the abdominal organs.
