  • Great for Beginners - this is a gentle yoga workout that will help stretch your back to relieve pain or improve posture and flexibility. It is great for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
  • Relaxing - the video was filmed in Maui and offers beautiful relaxing scenery.
  • Great for the Back - anyone who experiences back pain can benefit from these gentle (and sometimes challenging) stretches that strengthen the back and improve flexibility.

    Cons

  • Not for Those Who are Injured - as with any exercise program, you should consult your physician before practicing these stretches, particularly if you have an injury. Some users found that their back pain actually got worse.
  • May not be advanced enough - some users, even fans of Rodney Yee, found this yoga DVD to be too tame and even boring. Some also complained that the s tretches were not held long enough to be effective.
